What Are Credits?

Credits are our internal currency. Each service we offer is worth a specific number of credits. You can use your credits however you like, all at once or throughout the month. We offer a wide range of services, from social media and email marketing to design, video, presentations, and much more. Each task has a credit value based on complexity and production time.

How long are credits valid?

Credits are valid for 30 days. If you don’t use all of them, you can roll over unused credits to the next month, but only once. After that, they expire automatically.

No problem, that’s part of our workflow! We start with the copywriting, send it to you for review and approval, and then move on to the design phase. All included within the same credit scope listed.

Can I request revisions?

Of course! We’re happy to make minor adjustments. However, changes to the concept, layout, or creative direction after approval may be considered a new request and require additional credits.

What happens when I run out of credits?

If you use up your credits before the month ends, you can:
Buy extra credits individually, or
Upgrade your plan for the month.
Our team will guide you through the best option based on your needs.

How do I cancel my plan?

You can cancel your plan at any time by notifying us at least 30 days in advance. This ensures we have time to wrap up any ongoing work and plan accordingly. After that, your subscription will not renew for the following month.
